By accessing the CREED ARCH website or commissioning architectural, interior or construction services from our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All preliminary consultations are governed by mutual good faith and architectural ethics.
2. Architectural Intellectual Property
All architectural blueprints, 3D renderings, conceptual sketches, spatial diagrams, scale models and photography displayed on this website or produced during preliminary stages remain the exclusive intellectual property of CREED ARCH under copyright law.
- Blueprints may not be reproduced, modified, or constructed by third-party builders without explicit written license from CREED ARCH.
- Unauthorized distribution of our conceptual schemes is strictly prohibited.
3. Project Proposals & Estimates
Preliminary budgetary estimates and project timelines provided through website forms or preliminary consultations are indicative assessments based on initial client inputs. Formal binding figures are established strictly within signed Turnkey or Architectural Service Agreements following comprehensive structural calculations.
4. Site Access & Statutory Approvals
For projects undertaken, clients ensure unencumbered access to the project plot. While CREED ARCH prepares all technical drawings for municipal sanctioning, actual approval grants are subject to respective local town planning authority regulations.
5. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from studio contracts, services, or website usage shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
